About LIFE Fellowship

LIFE Christian Academy is a ministry of LIFE Fellowship Church. Founded in 1979, LIFE Fellowship (Life Investment For Eternity) has been part of our community, offering solid Bible-centered worship and ministry in a warm family atmosphere.

At LIFE Fellowship, we are committed to teaching and living the Word of God, free of church politics. Contemporary and traditional worship styles come together at LIFE, with people from many different backgrounds and denominations dropping their labels and joining hands to serve others.

We are blessed to join with LIFE Fellowship in its commitment to the superiority and sufficiency of God’s Word, and in building a strong family atmosphere where lasting friendships can grow.

If you do not have a home church, we would like to invite you to join with us and become part of our family!

Kindergarten

Kindergarten is a pivotal time in a young child’s development, and the loving staff of “A Child’s LIFE” is ready to guide your children through these important seasons.

Our objective is to provide your children with every opportunity for learning through active participation throughout their days, helping your children to grow socially, physically, and spiritually, preparing them for their coming years of formal education.

Elementry Education

LCA’s Elementary Education provides a safe and loving learning environment with caring and experienced staff. With typical class sizes under 20 students, your children will get more individual attention from their teachers and will have greater opportunities to develop deeper and more meaningful friendships with their classmates.

High academic standards and Godly character are emphasized in each classroom, protecting against many of the difficulties faced by children in a number of other learning institutions, and every effort is made to resolve problems swiftly, fairly and lovingly.

LCA students also enjoy opportunities to participate in Physical Education, Music and Arts Education, and Worship Chapel on a weekly basis, with occasional field trips and special event days rounding out their educational experience.

Junior High

LCA’s Junior High Program prepares pre-teens for their coming adult education in a loving and accepting environment. Students enjoy personal attention from caring teachers, emphasizing strong Biblical character.

In addition to the core curriculum, Junior High students also enjoy increased opportunities for hands-on learning in the fields of history, science, Bible, art, music, and more. The LCA Junior High staff strives to form meaningful connections with students, helping to guide them through the sometimes difficult process of maturing into young adults.

High School

Our High School program is designed to train young people according to the Word of God. Respect for God, parents and all other authority is upheld, all while students enjoy a laid-back and casual environment.

A limited number of students are accepted into our High School program, and each student must first undergo an application process. Interviews and references are required in order to evaluate Godly, Christian character and academic performance. This promotes a safe and successful learning environment.

Students entering this program should be able to work and learn independently and be self motivated. A schedule is provided at the beginning of the year with due dates for each assignment. The students are encouraged to work ahead of assigned dates, and hands-on help is provided to aid in the students learning.

Our program provides the core subjects of Language Arts, Math, History, Geography, and Science, as well as a variety of electives, including Spanish, French, Digital Arts, Career and Technical Education, and many more.

A number of field trips are scheduled throughout the year with the goal of exploring future career possibilities, participating in community service projects and gaining life experience. Previous field trips have included serving at Operation Christmas Child, Denver Rescue Mission, and RTD route planning.

What We Believe and Teach…

1. The Scriptures…

both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the Divine and final authority for Christian faith and life.

(2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:3, 21)

2. In one God…

Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

(Genesis 1, Matthew 5:48, Matthew 3:13-17, Deuteronomy 32:6)

3. That Jesus Christ is true God and true man…

having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross, a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

(Luke 19:44, 23:46, 24:36, Matthew 1:18, Romans 3:25, Acts 1:9, Mark 16:19, Hebrews 4:14)

4. That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ…

and, during this age, to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, and indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believer for godly living and service. (Romans 8:16-17, 2 Thessalonians 2:13, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11)

5. That man was created in the image of God…

but fell into sin and is, therefore, lost, and only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 5:12, 18, John 3:16)

6. Jesus is the ONLY Way…

The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and, thus become children of God.

(Ephesians 1:7, John 11:25, Romans 8:30)

7. Baptism…

Water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of salvation. (Acts 2:38, 1 Corinthians 11:26)

8. The True Church…

The true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the Body of Christ of which He is the Head. (Colossians 1:18)

9. The Local Church…

Only those who are, thus, members of the true Church shall be eligible for membership in the local church.

(Hebrews 10:19-25)

10. That Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church…

and that every local church has the right, under Christ, to decide and govern its own affairs. (1 Timothy 5:17)

11. Jesus’ return…

We believe in the personal premillennial and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and that this “Blessed Hope” has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer. (Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

12. The resurrection…

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord; of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment. (Revelation 20:11-15)
